When Company’s legitimate interest for retaining your personal information ceases to exist, Company will delete your information. To the extent residual information remains within Company’s databases, back-ups or other records and Company is unable to anonymize it, Company will isolate such information from further processing until deletion is possible.

Company does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 18. If Company becomes aware that an individual under 18 is submitting information, Company will delete the information as soon as possible from its database.

California Civil Code section 1798.83 allows individuals who are California residents that have provided their personal information to Company to request certain information about Company’s disclosures of certain categories of personal information (if any) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding year.
